Pioneers is Steve and Heather O'Hara, Bryan Johnson, and Buck Rowlee. We have a few shop groms that we torture by making them take out the garbage, wash rental wetsuits, and basically do all of the gnarly things that we end up doing only because the groms do such a "grommie" job.

We spread stoke! We sell stoke, we sell fun, and we only sell what we love. We surf every single day that there is a ridable wave. Yeah, that means that we definitely surf when it's knee high. We live the dream because that's how we have chosen to live our lives.

We skate. Buck is rumored to have retired from skating, but I'm sure that the boys won't allow that to happen. Come skate with us at Rye Air Field this winter.

Snowboarding. We have been riding since the days of the wooden Backhill's. We know Jake well. We've gone heli, we've gone on cat trips, we've done Tuckerman's a zillion times, and we've taken our kids to Gunstock for their first turns. We love to ride.
