Kitchen supervisor and sauté chef, Mike Watts and his team of culinary artists are passionate about preparing and serving an impressive menu of family fare made extraordinary with The Hatch’s unique and flavorful flair.
Get settled in with one of The Galley Hatch’s irresistible starters. The Golden Fried Calamari is tender and sweet, tossed with a cherry pepper relish and served with a tangy house jalapeno tartar sauce. The Stuffed Eggplant is thinly sliced and grilled then rolled with fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers and imported proscuitto – delicious! A favorite for all is the Warm Feta Dip made from the finest imported feta cheese, seasoned with fresh oregano, lemon & cream cheese and served warm with toasted garlic pita chips, diced plum tomatoes and olives.
The Onion Soup is made with sweet onions deglazed with red wine and slow-cooked in a rich, flavorful beef stock, topped with toasted croutons and melted imported Swiss cheese.

The Baked Stuffed Lobster is sure to please. A one and a half pound hard-shell lobster is filled with fresh crabmeat, shrimp & scallops and baked with a buttery Ritz cracker-crumb topping.
Southwest Haddock is a fresh haddock fillet sautéed crisp with a yellow & blue corn tortilla crust; served with lime-scented black beans & rice; topped with a fresh corn & black bean salsa then drizzled with a chipotle aioli.
Select from an extensive Steakhouse Menu chock full of selections you can really sink your teeth into: Teriaki Tenderloin Tips, New York Strip Steak, Filet Mignon, Bone-in Delmonico or mix it up with the Beef & Reef.
