New ownership, a new look, and a menu which features wood fired pizza cooked in an authentic wood fired oven and everyday lunch and dinner favorites with a unique and tasty flare.

Best friends and owners Graham Pellerin and Brendon MacMahon, both of Kingston, are thrilled about opening the new restaurant. "The food is absolutely amazing," MacMahon said. "We've combined the best elements of menu items from our favorite restaurants from the Seacoast to New York City to create a truly unique and tasteful menu. I think our guests will be pleasantly surprised with the array of specialty pizza and sandwich options."

Featured menu items include the sausage sub made with all natural peppers and onions; wood-fired wings; wood-fired pizza; the 180 burger; and The Lafayette sandwich, a flavorful combination of grilled chicken, bacon, Monterey jack cheese, caramelized onions, mushrooms, garlic and honey mustard.

The new ownership is truly a family affair. MacMahon's sister, Danielle Sullivan, was hired on as restaurant manager, their dad, George, can be found behind the bar, and mom, Fran, will always be met with a warm hug and a smile in the kitchen. Sullivan comes to 180 with an extensive culinary background in gourmet foods, fine catering and international travels. In addition to Sullivan's menu creations, several long-standing family recipes, including the pizza sauce, the savory meatballs, and the meat marinades, can be found behind many of the menu items.

The restaurant, formerly Rosario's, has been given a complete makeover. The new look and feel that 180 has brought to its storied location features a warm ambience filled with the inviting aroma of the wood fired oven, three large flat-screen TVs, a bar that seats 11, and a dining capacity of 42. Hours are Sunday to Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Thursday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to close.
